Wow, Bobby…it is sounding like Mr T’s next job might be what he was looking for! Wish you all well as you wait on this.

Meanwhile, re your many questions… my examples are not work-related.
Do you out there think God works that way? That He creates opportunities for us? Or, are we just reading into these events and since we like them we think they are from Him?

Have you ever had God show you a path to take and DID IT? What was the outcome and do you regret anything you did?

God taught me to look to him and trust him that he will take care of me. It took 7 long years of dating before my then boyfriend got to the same conclusion as God and me! I did not regret putting back my focus to God and waited for my then boyfriend. God prepared us well for our marriage! I am so thankful that my husband is whom I married!

Did you ever NOT do something that you now see probably was an opportunity opened up by God Himself? Why did you not follow that path? What happened afterward?

I also happen to believe that God always has a hand in our lives. The times when I’ve most regretted not doing something is when I knew I felt the prompting of the Spirit to take a certain action and I didn’t. It isn’t always easy to live by faith but I sure can see the blessings that have come from it.

Mandy- You know me and how think I believe in God very much and have not always followed the path of him. But I do 110% that he does things for a reason. He does things to open and close dorrs for us all!! I do not think at all that Jim and you are insane. You both have had struggles, everything will be fine.
And you go to Wal-Mart all the time. You worked there while in high school. I saw you go in there with no shoes on LOL

I think some things do happen for a reason.

I am a little nervous about giving my notce at work too, for that reason though. I am going to give a 3 week notice next week! Scary lol

I do very much believe that this is the wonderful way that God works…it’s that whole concept of what’s just around the corner (I just posted about that – we don’t know what’s there, but I believe that God does, b/c it’s all part of His plan, and somewhere many years down the line, we’ll look back and see how it all came together just as it was meant to.
